- Check if there are Firebase credentials on your Credential Manager that start with "whirlwindengine" and remove any entries like those below and try to log in again:
- Windows account that doesn't have administrator role, can cause SignalRGB to have issues on writing data to registry
- If you are launching Signal from a scheduled task or set in the exe properties the "Run as admin", the wrong user context may be applied, which results in Signal not being able to retrieve your credentials
- Poor internet connection
- If you have an adblocker, it can block communication with Firebase, so the entries aren't created or are deleted
